Work from anywhere.
You can work with us remotely from just about anywhere. We can hire full-time employees and contractors from anywhere across Canada, and our international job openings are available for contractors around the world. We even offer a remote set-up allowance for long term contractors and full-time employees to help you build your remote workspace so you're set up for success.

We put people first (with pets as a close second). We make every effort to help you succeed from onboarding, learning new processes and tools, and sharing knowledge and best practices freely. We foster diversity in our culture so people of all backgrounds can contribute, be supported, and feel right at home.
Make your wellness a priority.
Every full-time employee receives a complete benefits package, including extended health, vision, and dental. We also offer full-time employees a competitive vacation program annually with an additional 4 weeks added every 4th year. That means you can take an additional 4-week paid sabbatical on top of your regular vacation days for rest, travel, or personal growth. For contractors, we pay in Canadian currency to help your dollar go further and support your health priorities.
Give back and make a difference.
We make a positive impact by supporting the greater community too. We have quarterly give-back initiatives that support charities, and often offer employee donation matches if you have a cause that's close to your heart.

Even when working remotely, we make the time to connect, celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries, and just have fun together. We host virtual happy hours bi-weekly on Fridays and hold regular company-wide events in our very own VR environment! As we grow, we create neighbourhood hubs around the world for colleagues near each other to meet up and have fun in person too.
