Laura Balster, VP Brand Ambassador
Laura M. Balster is the VP Brand Ambassador at Intranet Connections. As a former customer of IC (working in the financial industry for nearly three decades), Laura was responsible for helping implement the intranet software and training others on the platform. She now uses this experience to help clients achieve the greatest level of success possible. She enjoys meeting new people and the job satisfaction in working closely together with trusted colleagues as part of a committed team. Laura graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, with a BA in Political Science, History and English. She loves to travel, cook, cross-stitch, read and write, and has had two books published. Ben Morales spent over 30-years working for credit unions, spending the last 20-years as a Senior Executive at WSECU in Washington State. During his career, Ben was responsible for Technology, Cybersecurity, Payments, Products, automation, and initiating a Digital Transformation at WSECU. He also spent time in a dual role as CEO of a wholly owned CUSO, QCash Financial, to successfully launch a patent protected solution to help pull members back from predatory lenders. His broad experience in credit unions, fintechs, and technology at a senior leadership level brings a unique level of strategic advisory services to companies and credit unions seeking to capture market opportunity or increase their digital maturity.
