In this month’s Employee Spotlight, we’re thrilled to introduce Rajveer Sandhu, a key member of our tech team whose passion for technology reflects the innovative spirit of the tech industry. As a woman in tech, Rajveer is a role model for aspiring professionals, particularly young women looking to make their mark in a traditionally male-dominated field.
Rajveer joined Aequilibrium (AEQ) in 2021 as a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA), and her journey has been nothing short of remarkable. As she approaches her third anniversary with us this October, Rajveer has evolved into roles as a Project Manager (PM) and Business Analyst (BA), showcasing her adaptability and growing expertise in technology. She emphasizes the importance of diverse perspectives: “Technology thrives on diverse viewpoints, and I believe women bring unique insights that drive innovation.”
Outside of her professional life, Rajveer finds balance and inspiration in nature. Whether taking a leisurely walk in the park or immersing herself in the great outdoors, she uses these moments to recharge. Additionally, she values time spent with her family and has recently developed an interest in pottery and tufting—hobbies she’s excited to explore further.
From Curiosity to Career
Rajveer’s fascination with technology began with a deep curiosity about its potential to solve complex problems and drive change. She explains, “Emerging technologies like VR can transform industries and create innovative solutions.” This inspiration has fueled her success in delivering remarkable experiences to our clients as she leverages VR to craft impactful training solutions.
She built a solid technical foundation with an Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering degree. She further expanded her expertise through certifications in Unity Essentials Pathway—a program focused on developing interactive 3D content—and Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, which recognizes proficiency in managing cloud services on the Azure platform. Rajveer notes, “Each role has built on the previous one, and the progression from QA to BA and PM has been a fulfilling path of continuous learning and growth in the tech industry.”
Making Waves at AEQ
At AEQ, Rajveer has thrived in an environment that encourages innovation. A standout achievement in her role has been the development of the VR training solution framework for Ent Credit Union. This project not only received positive feedback from the client but also enhanced their employee training process significantly. Marnie Gerkhardt, the Director of Learning Innovation from Ent Credit Union, remarked, “The care and patience that AEQ had for the technology and users was a really wonderful experience.” This project underscores AEQ’s commitment to innovative solutions and highlights Rajveer’s pivotal role in its success. Reflecting on this project, she shares, “I’m particularly proud of our work on the VR training solution framework. It involved significant collaboration with clients, and it has been rewarding to see it come to fruition.”

Rajveer’s career journey has not been without challenges, especially as a woman in tech. She reflects, “The transition from QA to PM and BA required resilience. But my time at AEQ has been incredibly formative, allowing me to work with talented individuals and explore new frontiers in tech.” Rajveer encourages young women to embrace their curiosity and take risks in their careers, reinforcing that diverse representation is crucial for innovation.
